Climate Quest: Real-World Incubator and Accelerator for Regenerative Solutions

Your Climate Quest is the culminating keystone project of the RegenIntel Fellowship. This program empowers Fellows to design and advance regenerative solutions across sectors. It is not a theoretical exercise, but an implementation-focused program designed to help Fellows bring impactful, systems-based innovations to life.

Each Fellow is supported to develop or scale a project that addresses core dimensions of the global polycrisis—such as climate change, biodiversity loss, inequality, or extractive economic systems—through regenerative practices. Fellows may enter the program with an idea, an early-stage project, or an initiative already in development. Regardless of entry point, the Climate Quest framework provides a structured pathway to incubation and acceleration.

Services and Support Provided

RegenIntel provides Fellows with integrated support to move from ideation to implementation, including:

  • Business Development and Strategic Advisory
Fellows receive guidance in Quest development and design from RegenIntel Core Faculty and invited regenerative mentors.

  • Course Sessions and Applied Learning
The Quest is scaffolded across the 15-week Fellowship with Masterclasses, Deep Dives, and Solutions-in-Practice sessions that connect theory to real-world implementation.

  • The Quest Collaboratory
Fellows participate in structured incubation sessions focused on feedback, strategic refinement, and idea acceleration. These peer-to-peer and faculty-supported gatherings help identify feasibility gaps, catalyze collaborative synergies, and foster solution co-design.

  • Mentorship and Advanced Pathways
Fellows in the Advanced Track receive personalized mentorship, including office hours, one-on-ones, and tailored advice on funding, implementation strategies, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development.

  • Final Deliverables and Project Pitches
Each Fellow submits a formal written proposal and a live pitch to the RegenIntel community, which may include project plans, prototypes, partnership decks, or early implementation reports. These final products are reviewed with feedback focused on clarity, regenerative impact, feasibility, and scalability..

Climate Quest Outcomes

Projects developed through the Climate Quest span multiple sectors and take diverse forms—regenerative business plans, impact-driven media, community-based solution platforms, ecosystem restoration projects, op-eds, scalable education tools, or new data and policy frameworks. Each Quest is evaluated not only for innovation, but for the cascading benefits it aims to generate across ecological, economic, and social systemsYour Climate Quest Fina….

Climate Quests are RegenIntel’s commitment to real-world regenerative implementation, functioning as a springboard for solutionists who are ready to prototype the future we want: a planet-positive economy, culture, and society.
